We want someone who knows how to find and hire engineers at different levels and can build credibility with technical candidates and hiring managers. What you’ll do Own end-to-end recruitment projects across different functions, roles and locations – the Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain and the UK. Experiment with new recruitment approaches and share what works. Help continuously improve how Talent Acquisition operates at Ohpen. We want an AI enthusiast AI is changing both the technology we build and the way we work. You don’t need to be an AI expert; you should be excited about technology and willing to explore how it can make recruitment faster, smarter, and better. We want someone who is genuinely curious about it. Someone who experiments with AI tools, looks for smarter ways of working and asks, “Could we do this better?”. You excel in a fast-changing environment Ohpen is fast-moving. People are busy, priorities change, and hiring doesn’t always happen under perfect conditions. About You You have experience in technical end-to-end recruitment. You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do. You can prioritize when everything feels important. You know how to keep the eye on the big picture and do not get lost in details . You are resilient when hiring gets difficult. You are comfortable challenging and influencing stakeholders. You can make progress without having all the answers. You follow through and get things done. You are fluent in English, as it is our working language. What else do you need to know... International, curious and business-minded You’ll work with colleagues and candidates across our international locations, so international experience and excellent English are important. You don’t need previous fintech experience, but you should want to understand our products, our technology, and our market. We want a recruiter who understands that the people we hire are helping to change how financial institutions deliver banking. Experience matters more than level We’re deliberately not defining this role by a fixed number of years of experience. We care about what you’ve actually done: the roles you’ve recruited, the complexity of your hiring experience, the markets you’ve worked in, the stakeholders you’ve influenced and the problems you’ve solved. Your experience may align with our Specialist, Partner or Lead expectations. We’ll determine the level based on your capability and experience. And, of course, let’s talk about the Ophen Values: We embrace PRICE We want people who embody our values: people who think differently, take initiative, honor their commitments, persevere when things get difficult and genuinely value their colleagues and team. We need someone who recruits, not someone who simply coordinates recruitment. If you’re a curious, proactive recruiter who loves technology, is excited by AI, understands how to hire great people and wants to help build a fintech changing banking — we’d love to hear from you.
