Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

**Who We Are:** We are a premium-branding solutions company serving corporate and collegiate partners. We deliver high-impact, timely solutions that elevate brands and drive measurable impact. We are also a proudly in-office culture — not because we have to be, but because we believe the best work, the best ideas, and the best careers are built together, in person. **Job Summary:** The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in keeping Club Colors' recruiting and hiring processes organized and moving forward. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support recruiting activity from candidate sourcing and initial application through accepted offer and new hire handoff. This is a hands-on coordination role designed for someone who is highly organized, comfortable engaging with candidates, and able to manage multiple recruiting processes at once. You will support candidate sourcing and outreach, application and Culture Index review, candidate communication, interview coordination, recruiting systems, and pre-employment activities. As you develop in the role, you will be trained to take on additional Talent Acquisition responsibilities, including candidate phone screens and greater involvement throughout the recruiting process. **Our Culture:** At Club Colors, being in-office is a feature, not a policy. We believe that proximity fuels creativity, accelerates learning, and builds the kind of team energy that can’t be replicated on a screen. Our brand advisors develop faster because they’re surrounded by experienced peers, engaged leaders, and a culture that invests in their growth every single day. When you walk through our doors, you’re not just showing up to work — you’re stepping into an environment deliberately designed to sharpen your skills, expand your perspective, and help you build a career you’re proud of. **What You’ll Do:** - Source prospective candidates through Indeed, other job boards, resume databases, college recruiting channels, referrals, and other available recruiting resources. - Conduct candidate outreach for open and priority positions and maintain follow-up with prospective candidates. - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. - Review incoming applications and Culture Index surveys against established position requirements and recruiting criteria. - Maintain candidate records and move candidates through the appropriate stages within the Applicant Tracking System. - Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and hiring manager schedules. - Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, next steps, status updates, and other recruiting-related information. - Post, update, and maintain open positions across the ATS, career site, job boards, and other recruiting channels. - Monitor active candidate pipelines and follow up on outstanding actions to keep recruiting processes moving. - Initiate and track background checks and other pre-employment requirements. - Assist with offer preparation and communication. - Coordinate the transition of accepted candidates into the new hire onboarding process. - Support college recruiting, career fairs, virtual events, and other talent outreach initiatives, including event coordination and candidate follow-up. - Maintain recruiting templates, interview materials, scorecards, job descriptions, and other Talent Acquisition resources. - Assist with recruiting trackers and Talent Acquisition reporting. - As training and experience progress, conduct candidate phone screens and take on additional responsibilities throughout the recruiting process. **What We Require:** - 0-1 years administrative, recruiting, customer service, sales, or coordination experience preferred; prior Talent Acquisition experience is not required. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates, schedules, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. - Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Confidence initiating conversations and engaging with prospective candidates. - Ability to learn how to identify and source candidates based on established position requirements. - Confidence communicating professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders. - Ability to learn established candidate evaluation criteria and consistently apply them during initial application review. - Comfort learning and working within recruiting systems, sourcing platforms, and technology. - Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Indeed, or other recruiting technology is a plus. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. - A proactive, adaptable mindset and interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition and growing into additional recruiting responsibilities over time. **What Success Looks Like:** - Qualified candidates are proactively identified and engaged for open positions. - Applications and Culture Index results are reviewed promptly against established position criteria. - Candidates receive timely, professional, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process. - Interviews and recruiting activities are coordinated accurately and efficiently. - Candidate pipelines remain active, organized, and up to date. - Hiring managers have visibility into candidate status and next steps. - Background checks and pre-employment requirements are initiated, tracked, and completed on time. - Open positions and job postings remain accurate and current, and recruiting activity continues moving forward through strong organization and follow-through. **Club Colors Perks (In addition to uncapped commission):** - Epic Company Events – Holiday Party, March Madness, Oktoberfest & State of the Union - 25% Discount at our On-Site Gym - Incredible Headquarters with regular events like karaoke, trivia nights & pop-up shops - Professional Headshots for your LinkedIn glow-up - $100 Credit to the Club Colors Store for branded gear - President’s Club Trip for top performers Salary Range: $50,000—$55,000 USD
