**About the Role:** We are looking for proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition professionals with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment while bringing analytics and strategic insights to our hiring processes. This role balances hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking, helping WIN attract top talent efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies. - Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. - Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates. - Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting. - Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health. - Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. - Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. **Required Qualifications:** - 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. - Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes. - Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes. - Must have worked with Product-Based companies. **WHAT WE OFFER:** - Highly inclusive and collaborative culture - Opportunity to work closely with India-based and US-based teams - Strong focus on learning, ownership, and growth - 100% remote working flexibility **ABOUT WIN & OUR CULTURE:** WIN is the #1 ranked inspection services company in the United States.
