Regularly review internal talent pools to identify potential candidates for vacancies before engaging in external hiring. Maintain data integrity and compliance within the recruitment system, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Coordinate relationships with external recruitment partners, institutions, and vendors to streamline hiring efforts. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, including hiring progress, talent pipeline updates, and key performance indicators. Provide administrative support and handle other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to manage candidate pipelines effectively. Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors to ensure a seamless hiring process. Experience in streamlining recruitment workflows and improving candidate and hiring manager experience. Ability to coordinate interviews, facilitate selection processes, and provide guidance on hiring decisions. Familiarity with employment laws, data protection regulations, and best hiring practices.
