You will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes at Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around **recruitment** and other processes connected to the growth of Netlight. You will manage the **whole recruitment process**, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight.
