Whether your expertise lies in Engineering, Product, Security, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, or corporate functions, you can introduce your profile for consideration as new opportunities emerge. You will have the chance to contribute to a fast-growing organization where initiative, curiosity, and ownership are highly valued. The working environment encourages collaboration, continuous improvement, and the practical application of AI to solve real business challenges. By joining the network, you can be considered for relevant future openings, including opportunities that may be identified before they are publicly advertised. This is an opportunity to connect with a forward-thinking team and potentially grow your career as the business continues to scale. ### Accountabilities: - Submit your resume and LinkedIn profile to join the talent network and be considered for future opportunities aligned with your professional background. - Share relevant information about your skills, experience, career interests, current time zone, and work authorization to help identify suitable roles. - Express interest in potential opportunities across departments, including Engineering, Product, Security, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and General and Administrative functions. - Demonstrate a proactive, ownership-driven approach to work, taking responsibility for projects and contributing to meaningful business outcomes. - Collaborate across teams to solve problems, support shared objectives, and help develop effective solutions in a fast-moving environment. - Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, tools, and workflows, particularly where existing approaches can be simplified or optimized. - Explore and apply AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, support innovation, and enhance the quality of work. - Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, document processes and decisions, and share knowledge to support effective collaboration. - Demonstrate curiosity about customer needs and business operations, identifying opportunities to improve products, services, and internal practices. - Remain open to future recruitment discussions as suitable roles become available, potentially before they are advertised publicly. ## Requirements: - Relevant professional experience will vary depending on the future position being considered; opportunities may range from mid-level individual contributor roles to positions requiring specialized technical or business expertise. - Demonstrated ability to deliver results, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow projects through from initial planning to completion. - Adaptability and comfort working in evolving environments where processes may still be developing and solutions require initiative and independent thinking. - Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to understand customer needs and business challenges in depth. - Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, build productive working relationships, and contribute to shared goals. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document information, explain ideas, and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. - Interest in AI-powered technologies and a willingness to incorporate AI tools into everyday workflows where appropriate. - A continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, challenge existing approaches constructively, and develop practical solutions. - Relevant technical, commercial, operational, or functional skills depending on the department and specific opportunity. - A current resume and LinkedIn profile are required for consideration. A cover letter is optional. - Authorization to work in the United States and any applicable employer sponsorship requirements will be assessed in relation to the specific role. - Availability to work remotely within the United States, with relocation openness and travel requirements varying by position. ## Benefits: - **Remote work opportunities:** Access to potential full-time opportunities designated as remote within the United States, depending on the role. - **Future career opportunities:** Consideration for relevant openings across multiple departments as the organization grows. - **Early access to opportunities:** Potential notification of suitable roles before they are publicly advertised. - **Human review of applications:** Talent network submissions receive human consideration rather than simply being stored without review. - **Professional growth:** Opportunities to develop new skills, take on meaningful responsibilities, and advance alongside a growing technology business. - **Ownership and autonomy:** A working environment that encourages initiative, independent problem-solving, and end-to-end responsibility. - **AI-driven innovation:** Exposure to an AI-focused culture that integrates emerging technologies into product development, sales, and business operations. - **Cross-functional collaboration:** Opportunities to work with professionals across technical, commercial, customer-facing, and corporate teams. - **Meaningful business impact:** The opportunity to contribute to software solutions that help accounting professionals improve efficiency and modernize their workflows. - **Competitive backing and growth environment:** The opportunity to explore roles within a technology business supported by established investment partners and serving leading accounting firms. - **Equal employment opportunity:** Consideration for employment without discrimination based on protected characteristics, in accordance with applicable law.
