Job Description We are seeking hardworking and reliable Casual to join our team in Gaborone, Botswana. As a Casuals you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and tasks across our operations. This position offers flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in different industries. Perform a wide range of manual labour tasks as assigned by supervisors Assist in loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner Adapt to changing work assignments and priorities as needed Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly Qualifications Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour tasks Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required Strong work ethic and reliability Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing tasks Basic understanding of safety procedures in a work environment Ability to work in Gaborone, Botswana Prior experience in manual labour (preferred but not required) Additional Information Botswana citizens only
