Tax – Compan y Secretarial Services – Manager / Senior - Hong Kong To support the rapid expansion in our compan y secretarial practice, w e are inviting high caliber candidates with a strong sense of team w ork and a passion for excellence to join our Compan y Secretarial Services. As a senior consultant of Compan y Secretarial Services, y ou will w ork on various corporate secretarial engagements, and achieve business growth b y developing and maintaining strong working relationships w ith clients on a da y to da y basis. Y ou w ill m a ke technical contributions b y preparing or reviewing all sorts of c o mpliance documentation for complex organizations in diverse and specialized industries. Responsibilities Provide compan y secretarial compliance and advisory work for clients Maintain continuous interaction w ith clients, advise them on c o mpan y secretarial matters and ensure outstanding client service Ensure all w ork done is in compliance with our policies and protocols Provide support in building up the best practice for our Compan y Secretarial Services team Other related duties as assigned To qualif y , y ou must meet the following requirements Universit y graduates with a min i m u m of 3 y ears of hands-on compan y secretarial experience, prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage HKICS or ICSA qualification (graduate or finalist) Well-versed and experienced in all aspects of compan y secretarial practice under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, the Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, the m a jor offshore Companies ordinances and other compliance regulations Strong abilit y to build client relationships and presentation skills Excellent command of spoken and w ritten English, Mandarin and Cantonese If y ou’re looking for a role that’ll challenge y ou, give y ou opportunities to gro w and encourage y ou to o w n y our career, this role is for y ou.
