Develop and implement individualized instructional plans aligned with each student's IEP. Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, related service providers, and families. Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning. Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation. Complete required service logs, progress reports, and compliance documentation. Communicate regularly with district personnel regarding student needs and progress.
