Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a teaching, training, education, or instructional background to support the development of our workforce and organizational capabilities. Develop and deliver training programs for employees across all departments. Provide instruction on product knowledge, equipment operation, company procedures, and safety standards. Assess training needs and identify skill gaps to improve employee performance. Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources. Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Coach and mentor employees to support professional growth and career development. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety requirements. Collaborate with department managers to align training objectives with business goals. Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and customer service.
