# Team Lead, Information & Cyber Security > Access Bank PLC · Fajara, Gambia · Full-time · Posted 2024-08-16 **Workplace:** on_site ## Description - Anchor information security awareness within the group and the bank at large. - Maintain and manage risk and asset registers. SLA management and project management liaison. - Closely monitor Bank projects to ensure they are successful and executed in a timely manner with the expected return on Investments. - Monitor Bank programs to ensure that the budgets assigned do not exceed. - Achieve required standards (I.e.. Legislative, regulatory, contractual obligations). - Ensure the Bank is continually certified to the relevant ISO standards. - Provide strategic direction to ensure objectives are achieved hence guaranteeing the success of enterprise security programs - Draft and maintain information security dashboards that showcases relevant metrics, KPIs, KRIs, project milestones. - Any other functions as assigned by the CISO. ## Requirements - A good first degree in any Information Technology related discipline.
