Als Teamlead Payroll baust Du unsere interne Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung auf und gestaltest den erfolgreichen Insourcing-Prozess vom Steuerberater. Mit Deiner Expertise in der österreichischen Personalverrechnung entwickelst Du effiziente Prozesse, implementierst passende Systeme und verantwortest eine reibungslose, qualitativ hochwertige Abwicklung. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team etablierst Du einen verlässlichen internen Service und treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Payroll-Funktion in einem dynamischen, international wachsenden Umfeld aktiv voran.
Insourcing-Projektverantwortung: Mitarbeit im Projekt Insourcing der externen Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung – von der Systemimplementierung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung sowie Führung eines kleinen Teams
Personalverrechnung Österreich: Sicherstellung der termingerechten, korrekten und effizienten Durchführung der Payroll für alle österreichischen Mitarbeitenden
Internationale Koordination: Abstimmung mit externen Steuerberatern für ausländische Gesellschaften sowie Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Sozialversicherungsträgern
Fachliche Expertise: Ansprechpartner:in für steuer-, arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen sowie Begleitung von Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
Prozessoptimierung & Digitalisierung: Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der Payroll-Prozesse, Optimierung von Systemen, Workflows und Schnittstellen
Reporting & Stammdatenpflege: Aufbau und Durchführung regelmäßiger Reportings für Fachabteilungen und Geschäftsführung sowie Verantwortung für Zeitwirtschaft, digitale Personalakte und aktuelle Stammdaten
Qualifikation & Erfahrung: Abgelegte Personalverrechnerprüfung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Payroll, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld mit Bezug zum Anlagenbau. Führungserfahrung ist ein zusätzliches Plus.
Software-Kenntnisse: Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in einschlägiger Payroll-Software wie Infoniqa oder BMD
Rechtskenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
Digitalisierungs-Affinität: Hohe Affinität zu Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

As Teamlead Payroll, you will establish our internal payroll accounting and shape the successful insourcing process from the tax advisor. With your expertise in Austrian payroll accounting, you will develop efficient processes, implement suitable systems, and ensure smooth, high-quality processing. Together with your team, you will establish a reliable internal service and actively drive the further development of the payroll function in a dynamic, internationally growing environment.
Insourcing Project Responsibility: Participation in the insourcing project of external payroll accounting - from system implementation to successful implementation and leading a small team
Payroll Austria: Ensuring timely, correct, and efficient payroll processing for all Austrian employees
International Coordination: Coordination with external tax advisors for foreign companies as well as interface to authorities, auditors, and social security institutions
Professional Expertise: Contact person for tax, labor, and social insurance law issues as well as accompanying wage tax and social insurance audits
Process Optimization & Digitalization: Further development, standardization, and digitalization of payroll processes, optimization of systems, workflows, and interfaces
Reporting & Master Data Maintenance: Establishment and execution of regular reporting for specialist departments and management as well as responsibility for time management, digital personnel file, and current master data
Qualification & Experience: Completed payroll accountant exam and several years of experience in payroll, ideally in an international environment related to plant construction. Leadership experience is an additional plus.
Software Skills: Excellent knowledge of relevant payroll software such as Infoniqa or BMD
Legal Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Austrian labor, social insurance, and wage tax law
Digital Affinity: High affinity for process optimization, automation, and digitalization
Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
