Unser Team entwickelt Serienlösungen und projektunabhängige Anlagenkomponenten für unsere Larvenmastanlagen. Als erfahrene Führungskraft mit kooperativer Arbeitsweise baust Du in der Rolle als Teamleiter:in ein Expert:innen-Team auf und entwickelst es laufend weiter. Bei der Identifizierung von Standards und der Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und Lieferanten hast Du nicht nur das Ziel, sondern auch den Weg dorthin stets im Blick. Mit Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz stellst Du sicher, dass unsere Lösungen künftig noch schneller und effizienter beim Kunden eingesetzt werden können.
Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines kleinen Teams im Bereich Serienentwicklung, inklusive Priorisierung der Aufgaben und Steuerung der Umsetzung
Weiterentwicklung der Produkt‑ und Anlagenplattform mit klar definierten Modulen, Baugruppen, Schnittstellen und Variantenlogik
Definition von Standardfunktionen im Serienbaukasten in Abgrenzung zu kundenspezifischen Optionen
Planung und Steuerung von Plattform‑, Standardisierungs‑ und Kostenoptimierungsprojekten bis zur termingerechten und qualitätsgerechten Umsetzung
Integration von Projekt- und Marktanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Systems Integration, Projektleitung, Einkauf und Service
Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Arbeitsweisen, Standards, Vorlagen und Dokumentation im Bereich Serienplattform.
Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung wie HTL oder Studium
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (gerne auch in zweiter Reihe) in der Entwicklung bzw. Konstruktion von Maschinen oder Anlagen sowie im Varianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement
Versierter Umgang mit 3D CAD Programmen
Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und deren Einfluss auf Produktentscheidungen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Überblick zu bewahren

Our team develops series solutions and project‑independent plant components for our larval rearing plants. In your role as a team lead and experienced people manager with a collaborative working style, you will build up an expert team and continuously foster its development. When identifying standards and collaborating with Sales, Project Management and suppliers, you always keep both the goal and the path towards it in view. With your strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, you ensure that our solutions can be implemented at customers’ sites even faster and more efficiently in the future.
Technical and organizational leadership of a small team in Platform Engineering / series development, including task prioritization and steering of execution
Further development of the product and plant platform with clearly defined modules, assemblies, interfaces and variant logic
Definition of standard functions within the series toolkit, clearly separated from customer‑specific options
Planning and steering of platform-, standardization- and cost‑optimization projects through to on‑time and high‑quality implementation
Integration of project and market requirements in close collaboration with Sales, Systems Integration, Project Management, Purchasing and Service
Fostering the professional development of team members and continuously improving ways of working, standards, templates and documentation within the series platform area.
Completed higher technical education such as HTL or university degree.
Several years of leadership experience (also welcome as deputy/second line) in the development or design of machinery or plants, as well as in variant and configuration management.
Confident use of 3D CAD software.
Strong understanding of technical and commercial interrelations and their impact on product decisions.
Distinct communication skills and a strong team orientation.
Ability to set priorities and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
