Deine Mission

In Deiner Rolle als Teamleitung Konstruktion (w/m/d) verantwortest Du den Aufbau unseres Teams im Bereich Anlagenbau und Verfahrenstechnik. Du entwickelst Deine Mitarbeiter:innen aktiv mit Coaching-Skills weiter und bist mit Deinem Team unser Dreh- und Angelpunkt für technische Fragen. Schlagworte wie Value Engineering sind Dir nicht nur theoretisch vertraut, sondern Teil Deiner praktischen Erfahrung. Als erfolgreiche Führungspersönlichkeit überzeugst Du mit Deiner analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie Deinem strategisches Denkvermögen mit vorausschauendem Weitblick und triffst auch gerne Entscheidungen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Teamaufbau und Führung der Konstrukteure sowie Weiterentwicklung durch Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen, gezielter Wissensweitergabe und Kompetenzmanagement

• Koordination und Steuerung der laufenden Aufgaben inklusive Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung

• Priorisierung der Entwicklungsroadmap in Abstimmung mit Sales, Projektmanagement, Supply und Qualitätsmanagement

• Verantwortung für Standardisierung, Weiterentwicklung und Modularisierung zentraler Engineering-Bausteine (Kosteneffizienz, Qualitätsverbesserung)

• Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminanforderungen sowie Einhaltung technischer und regulatorischer Vorgaben

Das bringst Du mit

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI) im Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Mechatronik.

• Nachweisliche Praxis im Engineering mit Nahtstellen zu Verfahrenstechnik und Automatisierung

• Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle ist ein zusätzliches Plus, aber nicht zwingend nötig

• Routinierter Umgang mit CAD-Tools

• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch.

Your Mission

In your role as Team Lead Design Engineering, you will be responsible for building up our engineering team in the fields of plant engineering and process engineering. You actively develop your team members by applying coaching skills and, together with your team, act as the central point of contact for technical questions. Concepts such as value engineering are not just theory to you, but part of your practical experience. As a successful leader, you convince with an analytical and structured way of working, strategic thinking with foresight and a strong willingness to take decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Building and leading the design engineering team, including continuous development through identifying improvement potential, targeted knowledge sharing and competence management

• Coordinating and steering ongoing activities, including capacity and resource planning

• Prioritising the development roadmap in alignment with Sales, Project Management, Supply and Quality Management

• Taking responsibility for standardisation, further development and modularisation of key engineering building blocks (cost efficiency, quality improvement)

• Ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are met and that technical and regulatory requirements are complied with

Your profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences or university) in mechanical and plant engineering or mechatronics

• Proven engineering experience with close interfaces to process engineering and automation

• Leadership experience is an advantage, but not a strict requirement

• Confident use of CAD tools

• Strong communication skills in German and English

• High level of initiative, openness to innovation and customer orientation
