Technical Account Manager

Job description

**About Zowie:** At Zowie, we build AI agents that handle millions of real conversations every month, for brands like InPost, Empik, Decathlon, and Allianz. They track packages, sort out claims, and actually resolve the issues people bring them. We're changing how people interact with brands. At scale. **About the role:** With strong product traction among enterprise brands, we’re now looking for **Technical Account Managers** to join our team and become experts in AI product adoption. It’s an amazing opportunity for seniorpeople who are passionate about technology and love translating it into business impact. **TAMs own E2E tech consulting for top accounts.** Companies come to us with goals that they want to reach with customer-facing AI. Getting there is a puzzle made of their systems, processes, customers, and our platform. As a TAM, you're the one who solves it: you work out the approach, build it in our platform with our AI tooling (which you also contribute to), test it with the client, and see the benefits show up in their results. **Curious about the tech you’d be working with?** Check out our tutorials [here](http://docs.zowie.ai/docs/onboarding-tutorials-to-ai-agent) (our product has progressed a lot since they were recorded, but they'll give you solid context about how it works). Intrigued? Reach out and let’s chat! **What you'll do:** - Become an expert in building and customizing AI Agents to deliver transformative customer experiences. - Bridge business needs and technology by diving into customer processes, identifying improvements, and translating them into technical solutions. - Handle advanced configurations, integrations with customer systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, CRMs, APIs), and custom implementations. - Act as the ultimate advisor and ambassador, building strong relationships with champions and stakeholders to maximize platform adoption and business value. - Work hand-in-hand with AI - both on the production Agents, and in your own workflow where you automate repeatable processes, and build tooling. - Collaborate with a Solutions Architect (on the technical side) and Account Directors (who take care of the portfolio revenue) to plan and manage the success of your clients across the entire post-sale journey. - Collaborate with internal teams as a customer advocate, while influencing product roadmaps. **Ideally, you'll bring with you:** - Passion for technology and a strong drive to translate it into business impact. - 5+ years of experience working with B2B customers, including 3+ years of experience within technical account management, or solutions consulting (with mid-market and/or, ideally, enterprise clients). - Ability to own customer engagements end-to-end - run workshops, translate requirements into solutions, and drive implementation to successful delivery. - Solid technical grounding - you understand how APIs and integrations (REST, GraphQL) work, and you get up to speed on complex software fast. - AI-native way of working - LLMs are already built into your daily workflow. - Track record of building relationships that clients value. - Business acumen - you understand the client's business well enough to question what they ask for and challenge them when it's needed. - Strong communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply. - Strong project management skills and high ownership. **It'll be awesome if you have:** - Hands-on experience in building AI solutions, including prompt engineering. - A coaching mindset - you enjoy teaching and enabling people to use technology on their own. **AI-native culture:** Our team embraces AI as a fundamental part of how we work - not just for speed, but for creativity, documentation, and scale. We’re looking for people who are excited to develop within this space and contribute to such culture by bringing ideas to the table, and continuously evolving their approach to leverage emerging tools.
