Technical Account Manager (Pre-Sales)

Job description

We're looking for a technical pre-sales professional with 3+ years in solutions engineering or technical account management, excellent English, and the confidence to run live demos for any audience. You'll make the technical side of every sale work: product demos, architecture and deployment options, security and compliance answers, and proof that VIDIZMO fits the buyer's needs. You'll use AI tools to research, answer questions faster and complete technical documents accurately. About VIDIZMO VIDIZMO is an AI software company, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. Our products are Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor. Together they help organizations store, search, analyze, redact, and share unstructured data, and they treat video, audio, images, documents, and text as equally important sources. More than 100 organizations use VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing, and energy. Many run it on-premises, in air-gapped setups, or in FedRAMP High environments, on an architecture aligned with the CJIS Security Policy. We sell directly and through a global network of channel partners, so this team works with end customers and partners every day. VIDIZMO is an NVIDIA Inception partner, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Customers can buy through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles. AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result. What You'll Do Run product demos and technical discovery with buyers and partners. Answer technical questions within one working day. Complete security questionnaires and the technical sections of proposals. Show that the product fits, covering architecture, deployment and integration options. Bring customer feedback and feature requests back to the product team. Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for technical research, questionnaire answers and proposal writing. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Excellent spoken and written English. 2-5 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account management. Confidence running live product demos for technical and non-technical buyers. Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity and single sign-on, and security questionnaires. Familiarity with video, AI or document-processing software is a plus. Experience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Tell us about something you automated. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants). Legally authorized to work in Pakistan. What Sets You Apart You can explain complex technology simply, and buyers trust your answers. You're fast and accurate with technical questions, you know when to say "let me check," and you always follow up. You use AI tools to research and draft faster, and you take ownership of the technical side of every deal with little supervision. How You're Paid You are paid a monthly salary and commission. Commission comes from 7.5% of what VIDIZMO receives on each deal, shared by everyone who worked on it. On a partner deal the partner keeps its margin first. Commission is paid the month after the customer pays, and there is no cap. Small payments come early for steps done properly, before a deal closes. Pay mix at target: 80% salary and 20% commission. Your share of each deal: 10% of the commission on every team deal, and 15% on RFP deals. Benefits Health insurance (OPD/IPD), separate maternity coverage, leave encashment, referral bonus, EOBI, yearly increments, provident fund, bonus, and clear career growth.
