As we expand our footprint into the Bahamas we are recruiting for a Technical Assurance Lead. The Technical Assurance Lead provides dedicated operational assurance support during construction, commissioning, and startup activities as a temporary role established to support safe project execution and transition to steady-state operations. Acting as the primary interface between Project / CSU teams and the site Operations & Maintenance organization, the role protects plant safety, operational integrity, and defined operating envelopes while supporting safe commissioning, SIMOPS management, system handover, and operational readiness.
