**Technical Delivery Manager** **Important Information** **Location: Singapore** Responsibilities: - Drive and support the delivery of Private Banking (PB) technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines. - Act as the primary liaison and proxy for the PB GMET Development team throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with TAP platform stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality project governance, reporting, and delivery management. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. - Identify, assess, and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and their impact on project outcomes. - Coordinate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables. - Lead project planning, status, and governance meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and key decisions. - Allocate and manage project resources to ensure optimal utilization and successful delivery. - Assign and monitor project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. - Track project progress, manage changes in scope, and ensure delivery commitments are met. - Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management across stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement Requirements: - Experience in technology delivery management - Experience in Temenos TAP platform - Understanding of Project SDLC - Experience in MS project software - Experience on Temenos Wealthsuite products such as oData, TAP Core will be a plus Key Domain: - Technology Project Delivery & SDLC Management - Temenos TAP Platform Expertise - Project Planning & Resource Management Tools **About Encora** Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
