Apt Resources is seeking a Facilities Manager / Facility Management Manager for our client in Angola, a well-established organization managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across multiple locations. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, Facility Manager, FM Manager, MEP Manager, or similar role
- Strong background in facilities management and MEP maintenance
- Experience managing multiple properties, buildings, or sites
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance systems
- Experience with BMS operation or implementation is highly preferred
- Ability to manage contractors, technicians, vendors, and service providers
- Strong reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Portuguese language proficiency is strongly preferred. Candidates with strong Spanish language skills may also be considered
- Prior experience in international, commercial, residential, hospitality, real estate, or large property operations would be an advantage
