At the same time, you will be partnering with our Product and Engineering management to ensure that we carefully weigh up our trade-offs and that dependencies and communication are managed effectively and transparently.Your Role and Responsibilities:You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams in the company as well as with external partners to oversee, consult and guide the development part of it.On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for leading the Development team’s delivery of fully assembled speakers, electronics hardware, firmware and QA, ensuring our designs are suitable for mass production and comply with latest market regulations (CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, PFAS, CRA etc.).You will be collaborating very closely with the Production teams in Germany and in Asia.As a crucial part of the R&D team, you will be able to directly influence the products we build and have a high degree of autonomy and ownership at problem solving.You will be planning R&D team activities, estimating complexity & cost and collaborating with leadership members to meet deadlines, cost & product feature requirements.You will be empathetically supporting team members.Individual and team development is important, and we will support you as you look for ways to grow and improve your personal knowledge and skills.
