At ADAM Audio, we are incredibly passionate about music, audio technology and acoustics.
We are looking for a forward-thinking and broadly experienced Technical Lead (Loudspeakers) with a proven track record in the consumer or professional audio products domain, who will own and lead change management, discovery, NPI, architecture, product compliance and maintenance work whilst the Product Delivery team develops our next generation of award-winning active studio monitor speakers.
As one of our most senior developers, the Technical Lead will report to the Director of R&D and take charge of the technical direction of our Hardware Development team. At the same time, you will be partnering with our Product and Engineering management to ensure that we carefully weigh up our trade-offs and that dependencies and communication are managed effectively and transparently.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Individual and team development is important, and we will support you as you look for ways to grow and improve your personal knowledge and skills. We will also be looking for you to own and help improve our approach to engineering and design knowledge, including best practices, processes, and tools. There will be the opportunity to share knowledge and practices with all companies across the Focusrite group.
