Technical Office Quantity Surveyor Engineer

📌 Key Responsibilities:▪ Prepare quantity take-offs from tender and shop drawings.▪ Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).▪ Prepare and review monthly payment certificates for clients and subcontractors.▪ Measure and verify executed quantities on-site against contract drawings.▪ Prepare variation orders and assess additional or omitted works.▪ Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical and quantity-related issues.▪ Monitor material quantities and ensure alignment with project requirements.▪ Prepare final quantity reconciliation and project final accounts.📌 Requirements:▪ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.▪ Proven experience in Quantity Surveying / Technical Office within construction projects.▪ Strong knowledge of BOQs, invoices, variation orders, and quantity take-off.▪ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software.▪ Excellent analytical and communication skills.
