Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across HR, IT, Security, and Data Privacy. Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and digitalization . We value the ability to move confidently between business problems, product and project ownership, solution design, and technology . You should bring: Experience in technical product management, IT project management, solution design, business/IT consulting, or a comparable role . Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions . Good understanding of modern IT systems, including applications, APIs, integrations, data, and cloud technologies . Experience driving IT products or projects and coordinating developers, vendors, and business stakeholders. Strong ownership and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into implemented solutions. Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A pragmatic mindset balancing business value, user experience, technical quality, security, and maintainability. Curiosity and passion for technology and coding , with a willingness to continuously develop your technical skills. Interest in AI and AI-assisted development tools . Hands-on experience with software development, scripting, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or automation is a strong plus, but not required. Experience with HR technology, enterprise SaaS, HR data, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR platforms is helpful but not essential. Our tech landscape You don't need to master our stack when you join, but you should be interested in working with technologies such as: TypeScript / JavaScript, React & TanStack, Node.js REST APIs and system integrations SQL and relational databases Cloud and serverless technologies CI/CD and modern software engineering practices AI-assisted development and automation The goal is not to become a full-time software developer, but a truly technical owner of your solutions — able to move from a business problem to technical design and increasingly to working implementation. * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
