Instructional Design: Demonstrated experience creating end-to-end training pathways, utilizing modern LMS platforms, and developing multimedia training materials. Technical Literacy: Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and explain technical engineering concepts (e.g., basic networking protocols, hardware interfaces, APIs, serial communication). Tools: Mastery of modern technical writing documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, GitBook, Markdown, Adobe Creative Suite) and e-learning creation software. Preferred Criteria Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Education, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with programming languages (such as Python or C++) to accurately document APIs and configuration interfaces. Acoustics/Navigation Knowledge: Any prior exposure to Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), GPS/GNSS technology, robotics, or subsea acoustics is highly advantageous.
