If you’re energized by driving delivery excellence for financial services clients in fast-paced environments, we’d love to connect. ### What does success look like in this role? - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across the financial services domain - Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality solutions - Establish and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks - Drive effective communication across stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners - Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies - Foster strong team alignment and accountability through agile and hybrid delivery practices - Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and ways of working - Contribute to a culture of transparency, ownership, and high performance within the Delivery Guild ### Great, but do my skills fit? - Experience delivering technical projects in **financial services environments** (e.g., banking, payments, fintech, or other regulated domains) - Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern delivery practices (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models) - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope - Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across teams - Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating evolving requirements - A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes ### Nice to Have Skills - Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams - Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven delivery environments - Exposure to cloud platforms, data platforms, or digital product delivery - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related credentials ### Mindset Traits - Ownership and Accountability - Takes full responsibility for delivery outcomes - Outcome-Oriented Thinking - Focus on delivering business value, not just completing tasks - Structured, but Adaptable - Calm under Pressure - Proactive Risk Mindset
