Provide clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into meaningful business and delivery insights. Ensure engineering teams maintain a strong focus on delivery quality, predictability, and continuous improvement. Support Agile ceremonies and delivery practices while adapting the approach based on the complexity and needs of the programme.
