We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.The responsibilities of this position are: Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs.Select, prepare and send qualified IT candidates to our clients.Manage the full-cycle of our recruitment process.Hold interviews in Spanish.Hold interviews in English.Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.Implement strategies for employer branding.Requirements+ 3 years experience with full-cycle recruitingDegree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.). Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.Full-time availability.Fluent in English and Spanish. Requirements
