Preferred qualifications: - Experience with revenue management, trade promotion management, pricing, claims and deductions, retail execution, or other commercial processes within the consumer packaged goods industry. - Familiarity with enterprise revenue management solutions or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms. - Experience developing certification programs, working with learning management systems, or applying instructional design principles to technical education. - Experience enabling systems integrators, implementation consultants, and global delivery partners. - Familiarity with generative AI tools for accelerating content development, improving training delivery, and enhancing enablement workflows. - Additional European language skills that support collaboration across international teams and markets. Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every preferred qualification. A commitment to inclusive collaboration and accessible, equitable hiring practices is valued. ### Benefits: - Fully remote work: Work remotely from the United States, with flexibility to collaborate across international teams. - Flexible working hours: Flexibility to coordinate work across different time zones and global stakeholders. - Competitive compensation: A competitive salary package with eligibility for a bonus scheme. - International collaboration: Work with colleagues, customers, and delivery partners across North America and Europe. - Meaningful impact: Help improve technical readiness, implementation quality, partner performance, and customer outcomes. - Professional growth: Opportunities to expand technical expertise, develop leadership capabilities, and influence enablement strategy. - Innovation-focused environment: Contribute to a growing technology organization working with AI-driven enterprise solutions. - Ownership and collaboration: Join a diverse, international team that values initiative, accountability, and practical problem-solving. - Travel opportunities: Occasional travel for key enablement events, partner onboarding sessions, and team meetings.
