Technical Support Specialist (B2B) About the Role We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our new 24/7 support team. In this non-phone, B2B support role , you will be responsible for monitoring mission-critical production systems, investigating incidents, and providing technical support for our production environment. Working closely with cross-functional technical teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of our high-availability production environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to business clients by careful investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents. Perform the initial analysis of reported issues and serve as the primary point of contact for bug fixes and production-related requests. Continuously monitor mission-critical production systems, respond to alerts, and proactively identify performance or operational issues. Ensure critical incidents are triaged, prioritized, and escalated within agreed SLA timeframes following established procedures. Take ownership of client incidents from initial investigation through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes. Document investigations, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve support efficiency and knowledge sharing. What We're Looking For Experience supporting and troubleshooting software systems.
