What You'll Do Rapidly engage with structured training to build expertise across our technology practices (Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud/Salesforce) Design, build, and test software solutions, data pipelines, or intelligent applications that support critical business functions Work with modern tools and platforms from cloud-native development to data science and AI/ML frameworks Collaborate with project managers, developers, data scientists, and clients to deliver seamless solutions Translate business needs into technical solutions, data insights, or user experiences Contribute to continuous improvement across complex, enterprise scale digital projects Depending on your strengths and interests, you may specialize into a Software Development, Data Science/AI, or Salesforce/Platform Engineering track What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, or a related technical field A self-starter mindset with strong initiative Solid grasp of programming fundamentals (any language) and/or data & statistical reasoning Creative, analytical, and solution-driven thinking Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a high-performance environment Nice to Have Exposure to Python, SQL, Java, or JavaScript Experience with ML/AI frameworks ( e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch , scikit-learn) or data tools (Power BI, pandas, Spark) Personal or academic projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions Salesforce, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or other platform certifications Exposure to professional software development or agile teams What You'll Gain Hands-on experience on enterprise-level technology, data, and AI projects Accelerated learning through structured training and mentorship Exposure across multiple technology disciplines before choosing your specialization A fast-track into a career in Digital Transformation A culture that priorities growth, learning, and excellence Competitive, market-related remuneration and incentives Our Culture We're ambitious.
