Technology Partnership Manager

Job description

About HAPI HAPI (Hiring API) is VONQ’s embedded job advertising and AI Screening platform, seamlessly integrating with leading ATS and HCM platforms. It powers in-app marketplaces, Direct Apply, programmatic media buying, AI driven screening and recruitment analytics, all from within the partner’s native workflow. HAPI helps our partners deliver superior hiring outcomes for their customers while unlocking new monetization and value-added services for themselves. With over 85 ATS integrations and a rapidly growing partner ecosystem, HAPI is fast becoming the default hiring infrastructure layer across the global recruitment technology market. Learn more: Why This Role Exists Now Most HR tech sells seats; with VONQ HAPI, we have built the infrastructure. HAPI is VONQ's fastest-growing business line and the commercial engine behind our strategic shift from recruitment media vendor to hiring infrastructure platform. We are at an inflection point: the partner ecosystem is activating, AI screening is moving from proof of concept to live commercial deployments, and the opportunity to scale revenue through deep partner relationships has never been greater. This is not just a relationship management role. It is a growth role, and the person who fills it will have a direct and visible impact on one of the most exciting product lines in European HR tech. Your Impact in This Role In this role, you will be responsible for growing adoption of HAPI suite by expanding product usage across job advertising and AI capabilities, and building relationships that go deep into the partner organization. This is a quota-carrying role where you directly influence the success of our fastest-growing business line at VONQ. Key Responsibilities Drive Partner Growth: Increase adoption of HAPI products within existing partners (Product Managers, Sales Reps, Engineers, Marketing, etc), measured by % of end-customers using VONQ, number of jobs converted into paid campaigns Expand AI and Product Adoption: Champion the rollout of HAPI's AI screening and EQO capabilities within partner ecosystems. You will be working at the frontier of AI in recruitment, with real commercial accountability. Strengthen and Deepen Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the partner organization, from Product and Customer Success through to commercial leadership. Influence partner product roadmaps to ensure deeper integration of VONQ solutions, including AI-driven features. Enable Partner Success: Work closely with VONQ’s product, support, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction. Engage Partner Customers: Meet directly with ATS/HCM end-customers to understand their needs and translate feedback into product and sales opportunities. What You Bring 3+ years of partner or channel experience specifically involving embedded/API integrations, not just co-marketing or reseller relationships, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses. Deep Experience with APIs, XML feeds, embedded software, or white-label integrations Fluency in English is required; German or French is a significant plus. A genuine interest in AI and its application in hiring: you do not need to be a data scientist, but you need to be curious, credible, and excited about where the technology is going Proven ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within a partner or customer organization A commercial mindset: you are comfortable owning a number and being accountable for it Working location: Netherlands, United Kingdom or Germany preferred. A builder’s mindset - proactive, hands-on, and excited to scale a high-growth business. Why This Role is Exciting Be a key player in VONQ’s fastest-growing business unit at a genuine inflection point Work at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and recruitment technology, an area that is transforming rapidly and where VONQ is a recognized strategic leader Shape how the world’s leading ATS/HCMs integrate and monetize job advertising to screening and shortlisting. Work across a diverse, global partner ecosystem with real commercial impact. Join a nimble, cross-functional team with direct exposure to product, engineering, and leadership. Grow in a role that blends strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and relationship depth. 🤝 Why Join Us? As a recognized Strategic Leader in the HR Tech space by Fosway Group for five consecutive years, VONQ is not a company that talks about innovation and then delivers mediocrity. We build and ship. Our customers include Danone, PwC, DHL Group, Deloitte, and Decathlon. Our partner network spans over eighty-five ATS platforms globally. And we are now deploying AI screening capabilities live inside those ecosystems, with real customers and real results. We offer autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to make a real commercial impact at a company that is building something that matters. What's in it for You? A paycheck that fairly reflects the market and your experience, and of course, monthly pension contributions 🤝 A MacBook for both business and private use! 💻 A fixed monthly phone expense allowance 📱 A premium HeadSpace subscription to recharge your batteries after work. Flexible vacation days - that's right, we will not define a specific number, though a fair-usage approach applies to keep all team members happy! ✈️ A modern office in prime locations such as Dusseldorf / Rotterdam / London — enjoy your lunch in the city! 🛍️ Not to mention that commuting could not be easier, even by public transport. 🏙️ 100% reimbursement of your public transport expenses, so you can come to this lovely office worry-free. 🚆 Still prefer to use your own vehicle? We offer a KM reimbursement, and parking is on us! 🚗 A hybrid work model - work in the office and from home. ⏰ Snacks, sodas, coffee (with oat milk for the fans 😉🌱), and everything you need for a “pick me up” break . 🥂 Opportunities to grow your skills and take on exciting challenges in an entrepreneurial environment.
