Technical Acumen & System Design: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand complex system designs, data flows, and business functionalities simultaneously. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical design. Stakeholder Management & Influence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate with senior business, technology, risk, operations, and external client partners globally.
