Tele Collection Agent -Reliever (Douala, Cameroon)

Job description

**Location:** Douala, Cameroon. **About the role:** The Tele-Collections Agent Reliever **will work for a period of 6 (six) months** in the Corporate Risk department of Sun King, Cameroon and will work closely with the Contact Center, Operations and Sales team by following on customers to make repayment for our Pay-As-You-Go products. We are looking for an experienced Tele-Collections Agent- Reliever who would leverage on their expertise to grow our repayment and collections rate.
