Requirements
What You Bring
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted South Carolina license. Multiple state licenses strongly preferred.
- Board certified or board eligible, with a primary care specialty background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty preferred
- 5+ years of physician experience in a non-emergency setting
- 2+ years of experience caring for Medicare, Medicaid, or other complex populations
- Experience with care coordination, health navigation, or whole-person care models
- Experience collaborating with care navigators, community health workers, licensed clinical social workers, nurses, and leadership
- Ability to build trust quickly with patients in a virtual care setting
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Experience with Google Suite preferred
- Experience with Healthie preferred
