As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone. **The role** In this role, you’ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience. - **You’ll use your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations directly on our customers' faces, arms, legs and feet, and hand out tailored samples.** - **Working closely with your team, you’ll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back.** - **You will host parties for people of all ages.** - **You'll also manage stock, ensure the shop floor looks its best, and adapt displays to seasonal trends.** With flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate based on the Living Wage, and opportunities for bonuses, you’ll be well-supported through training and development to grow your skills. **Key Information** **Hours available:** 12+ hours per week (Minimum of 3 days per week for lowest contract which much include at least 1 weekend day) **Application Deadline:**Sunday, 20th September **Interview Date:** Monday, 29th September **Trial Shift Dates:** 2nd, 3rd or 4th of October (Limited bookable slots each day) **Compulsory Start Date:**10th October 9 am - 6 pm **Compulsory training shifts:**11th October, 9 am - 6 pm 18th October, 9 am - 6 pm 24th October, 9 am - 6 pm **End Date:** 2nd January 2027
