**Test Lead** **Important Information** **Location: Singapore** **6 months contract** **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **QA Automation Engineer** to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, API testing, database validation, and modern QA practices. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software releases in an Agile environment. **Key Responsibilities** Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing using automation frameworks. Develop and enhance automation frameworks using **Appium** **Playwright**, or **Selenium WebDriver with Java**. Perform API testing using **Postman** or **Rest Assured**. Validate application data through SQL/database testing. Create, manage, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios using test management tools. Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools such as **JIRA** or **Azure DevOps**. **Required Skills & Qualifications** Strong hands-on experience with **Appium** or **Playwright**. Strong experience in **Test Management** and test planning. Hands-on experience with **Selenium WebDriver using Java**. Experience in **API Testing** using **Postman** or **Rest Assured**. Experience in **SQL/database testing**. Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as **JIRA** or **Azure DevOps**. Experience working with **Jenkins** or similar CI/CD tools. Good understanding of **Git** version control. Strong understanding of **Agile/Scrum** methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
