The role You will develop original designs across rugs and textiles, ensuring that each product reflects Nordic Knots’ creative direction, quality standards and modern design language. You will balance creative ambition with technical feasibility, commercial considerations and production requirements. Your profile You are an experienced designer with a strong understanding of textiles, rugs, color, pattern and material development. You combine creative instinct with technical precision and are comfortable moving between early-stage ideas and the detailed work required to bring a product into production. You are confident working independently and driving your own projects forward, while also enjoying close collaboration with creative, technical and commercial colleagues. You bring sound judgment, a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.
