This Program has a primary focus in leadership development with a commitment to the growth and development of each resident in three facets: 1) Doctrine and Theology 2) Character Development 3) Hands-on Ministry Skills Job Description Sunday Service (Leading Teams that serve on Sunday): 20% Professional/Theological Development: 20% Outreach/Evangelism on Campus: 30% Leading Small Groups and Discipleship Groups: 20% Staff Meetings: 10%
