**Title: Math Competition Coach (AMC 8/10/12)** **Location:** San Jose, CA (In-Person) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Start Date:** ASAP **Compensation:** $75,000- $90,000+ annually + full-time benefits **Visa Sponsorship:** H1B Available --- Think Academy is building a serious math competition program in the Bay Area and is seeking former **AIME qualifiers, USAMO participants, or top AMC performers** to join our team. This is not a tutoring position. We are looking for individuals who have competed at a high level and understand competition mathematics from the inside — rigor, structure, and standards. --- ## **Who Should Apply** - AIME qualification, USAMO participation, or AMC high distinction strongly preferred - Or proven track record coaching students to AIME - Strong command of algebra, number theory, combinatorics, and geometry - Ability to lead structured, in-person group classes --- ## **Job Description** - Teach AMC 8/10/12/ Olympiad in-person group classes in San Jose - Train students toward AIME and advanced distinction - Contribute to curriculum standards and competition pathway design High-performing coaches will have the opportunity to grow into Competition Program Lead or Academic Director roles. --- ## **Why Think Academy U.S** Think Academy US is a wholly owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group (NYSE: TAL), serving millions of students globally.
