What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading two 40 minute soccer classes at soccer fields
• Teaching basic coordination, listening skills, and teamwork
• Keeping 18 month –5 year olds engaged (yes… even the distracted ones)
• Being silly, animated, and encouraging
• Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Communicating professionally with parents/caregivers

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Genuinely love being around young children
• Have preschool, nanny, camp, daycare, or teaching experience
• Are patient and calm under pressure
• Can manage a group of energetic toddlers
• Show up early and prepared
• Have reliable transportation
• Are available weekday evenings

• Have coaching or classroom experience

Across 16+ states, we use the soccer ball as a vehicle to help children not only improve their soccer skills, but develop self-confidence and physical literacy, improve gross motor skills, and hone socialization skills.
