BAYADA is seeking compassionate and experienced RNs to provide high-quality, 1:1 nursing care to clients throughout Middlesex County, NJ.

This is a great opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care in the comfort of a client’s home while helping clients remain safely at home with their family.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
Hands-on care with only one client per day
Building client relationships and watching their milestones
Client age ranges from infant to geriatric

Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders 
Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions

Qualifications for a private duty Registered Nurse:

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule: 

Pay up to $39/hr based on qualifications
Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
