Purpose: Oversee transportation and customs processes to guarantee that products/goods reachtheir destination efficiently and in compliance with all national and international regulationsand standards as applicable.Main Responsibilities:Coordinates transportation activities for goods, ensuring that shipments are made in a timely manner and that products reach destination safely and efficiently, optimizing delivery times to meet established dates.Assure documentation is correct and complete: Includes issuance and review of shipping documents, such as BOLs, packings, commercial invoices and certs, required for goods transportation, as applicable.Monitoring of daily shipments from origin to destination: Implement controls and tasks that allow shipment progress verification, making sure to take action on any situation that may arise during shipment preparation or when in transit to destination.Work closely with all involved areas to assure information and resources are available to perform daily shipments, both export and import.
