Keenans Lettings are looking for a Negotiator to join their fast growing team, based in Rochdale with a Competitive Salary Keenans Estate Agents are one of the leading independent Estate Agents covering the North West. We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to make property their career as well as their passion. We deliver a high customer service level and are proud of our returning client base. The Role: · Daily communication with clients · Negotiating offers and tenancy contracts · Generating new valuation leads · Assist with property management · Deal with day to day enquiries · Provide professionalism, care and correct advice to our client. The Person: · Previous Sales experience advantageous but not necessary – training will be provided. · Motivated · Excellent presentation and communication skills · Passionate about customer service · Competence with making calls · Hold a UK Driving licence & own car are ideal
