This position directly supports the execution of all warehouse training programs, including New Hire Orientation (NHO), process-path training, Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification and recertification, compliance training, retraining initiatives, and ongoing employee development. The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering standardized training to associates across multiple operational departments, including Receiving, Picking, Inventory Control, Shipping, RMA, WOP, and CM22. The role ensures new and existing associates receive the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training necessary to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. From a business perspective, maintaining this position is necessary to support site productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.
