AmeriLux Transportation keeps freight moving around the clock. • Answer inbound driver calls and help resolve issues on the road: delays, breakdowns, routing questions, delivery problems
• Process and file driver paperwork: logs, bills of lading, proof of delivery, DVIRs, and trip documents
• Track loads in progress and flag anything running behind
• Escalate safety, accident, or compliance issues to the right on-call contact
• Hand off open items to the day team with a clear shift summary

Requirements

• Availability to work overnight shifts
• Comfort handling phone calls and staying calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with paperwork and data entry
• Basic computer skills
