You will support the day-to-day operations of the Victorian division in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives. Organising & writing consignment notesArranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivalsRecording and reconciling pallet transactionsInventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problemsTracking and uploading proof of deliveriesCompiling delivery run sheets and store reportsLaminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s)Responding to internal sales/marketing queries and requestsGeneral Administrative duties and customer serviceAbout youYou are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, high attention to detail and the ability to remain on task in a busy transport office. Previous experience in a similar role Reliable and able to commit to work 5 days a week between the hours of 6am-2pm and 8am-4pm. Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholdersDangerous Goods experience an advantage.Reliable with exceptional time management skills Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite. The position

Redox is seeking a Transport Support Officer to join the logistics team in Laverton North. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Victorian division in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.

• Organising & writing consignment notes
• Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
• Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
• Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
• Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
• Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
• Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s)
• Responding to internal sales/marketing queries and requests
• General Administrative duties and customer service

About you

You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, high attention to detail and the ability to remain on task in a busy transport office.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Reliable and able to commit to work 5 days a week between the hours of 6am-2pm and 8am-4pm.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
• Reliable with exceptional time management skills
