We’re seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver | Transportation Services Coordinator to join our team for as-needed day shifts and help our community thrive. **Why You'll LOVE Working with US** - Essential Team Member: Safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and outings, making every trip comfortable and enjoyable. - Positive Atmosphere: Be part of a supportive, upbeat team that values respect, reliability, and service. - Make a Difference: Your friendly attitude and attention to safety help residents maintain independence and stay engaged. **What You'll Do** - Responsible for transporting residents safely and professionally to all scheduled destinations, appointments, and shopping trips; no unscheduled stops - Keeps vehicles and equipment maintained and stocked with necessary supplies - Coordinate driver schedules to ensure full coverage for all transportation and delivery needs; actively provide both transport and delivery support as part of the driver team - Ensures vehicles receive documented routine maintenance - Maintains vehicles in clean condition inside and out, including regular washing, vacuuming, and window cleaning - Maintains accurate vehicle mileage and trip logs - Performs other duties as required **What We're Looking For** - Valid Driver’s License with clean Driving Record - Friendly, patient, and courteous demeanor - Ability to assist residents in and out of vehicles as needed - Interpersonal Skills - Familiarity with Vehicle Maintenance - Commercial Passenger Bus License a plus!
