(Certs like Systimax, Panduit, or Corning are a huge plus!) - **Field Skills:** Ability to read blueprints/site maps; conduit installation experience is a plus. - **Soft Skills:** Strong people skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. - **Tools & Mobility:** You own basic telecom tools/PPE and have reliable transportation. ### Schedule and Travel Requirements: - **Road Warrior Spirit:** Must be available for extensive travel (6–8 weeks at a time). - **Ultimate Flexibility:** Willing to work on-call, early mornings, nights, and weekends as project requirements shift. - **Driving Record:** Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years).
