In charge for facilities equipment and maintenance of compressor & exhaust system, HVAC, ACMV Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory. Performed process control checks where applicable. Participated in preventive maintenance & calibration checks for production and measuring equipment as scheduled Utility setup and equipment move-in, move out document submission. Participate in the planning and execution of facility expansion or improvement projects. Requirements Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Prior experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong knowledge of eACMV and HVAC. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
