Experience and demonstrated ability to review disturbing, violative, and illegal content objectively, quickly, and accurately in a professional capacity. Strong analytical judgment for nuanced, gray-area content decisions where policy application is not immediately obvious. Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain documentation standards under volume and time pressure. Excellent judgment and demonstrated understanding of when to escalate tough calls to management and legal. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to professionalism and team collaboration. Full-time availability (40 hrs/week), based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with three days per week in office after an initial two-week onboarding period. Desk space is available at both the San Francisco and San Jose offices. Willingness to work weekend shifts on a rotating basis. Familiarity with quality assurance workflows including calibration sessions, accuracy audits, and reviewer coaching. Experience developing or delivering training and onboarding materials for moderation or operations teams.
