TURKEY - Business Developemtn Manager (Construction Chemicals)

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Construction & Coating Chemicals to oversee and expand our sales operations in Turkey. This role focuses on developing new business and managing key customer relationships for our construction chemical additives, including: • HEC – Hydroxyethyl Cellulose • MHEC – Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose • HPMC – Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose • RDP – Redispersible Polymer Powder Key Responsibilities 🔹 Develop and execute effective sales strategies for construction and coating chemical additives 🔹 Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key accounts 🔹 Identify new business opportunities in the coatings, painting, and construction materials sectors 🔹 Provide technical and commercial support to customers 🔹 Monitor competitor activity and market trends 🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
